First of all dude don't beg anyone for anything ever in your life. It comes off very needy and it is not attractive.
Secondly i agree with PDM. If she doesn't feel anything towards you anymore then it is time to move and just live your own life. You need to be selfish here and take care of you. You will need to just accept it and as hard is that is and believe me i know how that feels you will get through it and be a stronger person for it.
This girl is pulling your heart strings and it is not fair. If i were you don't call her anymore. You will have good days and you will have days where it is hurts so bad you won't know what has hit you but you will survive.
I hope you can come to terms with this and find peace with it.
