Yay, he's talking to you again!

And sure, we can understand, but it really does make a person seem less intelligent when they don't bother to type everything out. For instance, I don't see the reason for typing "2" instead of "to"--it's ONE extra character for somebody to type, yet it slows down everybody trying to read it (or at least me.)

I admit I'm a bit of a grammar freak, but then it's also something in which I take pride.


You should see the letters my 81 year old grandmother types. She can't use computers to save her life (my dad had to drive several states to set everything up for her,) but her typing is still perfect--I do wonder how much time she puts into it.
