You told me to talk to him more, But the thing is that we do talk everyday and it just gets more and more confusing. He asked me to move with him to Michagin. He dosent want to hang out with other girls he has already tried that many times but everytime he does hang out with another girl and i meet the other girl she tells him not to talk to me but he says that he cant do that shes (i) my best friend. so i guess the real question is that how do i talk to him about the its deeper that a brother and sister friendship? And its like were boyfriend and girlfriend with out the intamacy? How would you bring this up if it was your issue?

Ask him outright whether he wants to have intimacy or not.

That seems to be the stumbling block in your relationship.
