ok I dunno where to begin here as I never done anything like this before, but I feel like i have a guilty conciscience all the time I just split up with a guy who treated me like absolute dirt on n off for 2 yrs, Im 18 and have already slept with alot of people and too scared to hide it incase an old friend/enemy tells and feel like I cant tell them incase he gets put off n think im a slut. you see I really like this guy-but me n my ex split up a couple of months ago n I have some feeling for him still but all this with my past and loads of break ups has kinda got me worried that no guy will ever wanna be with me because of it. this has really knocked my self esteem after the way guys have basically just used me for a bit of fun the whole time n wanna know how not to get in that situation AGAIN its so hard. as you can probably tell im all over the place

Now is definitely the time to stop your frequent sexual activity. Most guys will understand that before 18 you were immature and didn't know what you were doing. But, now that you are over 18, you should be expected to show more maturity. It is never too late to improve yourself.
As far as advertising your past, I would recommend you not do it. Nobody but you knows for sure what you did in the past. If there are rumors or story telling, you can say that the stories are exagerrated (as they usually are).
Take this opportunity to change yourself around. If you meet someone you really trust and who asks you, you can tell as much as you are comfortable with. Just remember that almost everyone has done things that they are not proud of. Don't let it get you down.
