Hi. I have a crush with my best friend's brother. He's one year older than me. Well we talk but not that much because when i get near him i froze like i'm dead. My heart beating really hard and couldn't say anything. Anyways i've liked him for 2 years and my friends told him that i like him and he stop talking to me and everytime i'm around he always try some way to stay away from me. Well it's been awhile and then he talks to me again. He talks and fools around with me. I think he would pleases if i tell by myself than my friends telling him for me. But i didn't tell my friends to tell him, they've done it without my permission. Well then i had a club banquet and i was picking my best friend at their house. By the way, it's my best guy friend. my best friend knows that i was gonna ask his brother but i didn't tell him anything. He told him the day before the banquet. Then i called their house the same day he found out that i was going to ask him to make sure if my friend, is going and he picked up the phone with a happy voice. He didn't say 'hello' like everybody else does. He said 'yello' in a happy voice. And i didn't expect him to pick up the phone because they have caller id that even though you have blocked number, you still have to unblocked it.On the day of the banquet, i went to their house and he opened the door. The first thing he said was,"You look nice." And fireworks were in my mind because it was my compliment for the day. Then i said,"Thank you!" Then i asked if he wants to go on a last minute and he answered,"Oh no, i don't think so because i just got home from school and i don't have anything to wear." So yeah, probably it was a good, no, a great day if i had ask him earlier. If i could wish for one thing, it would be going back to that day and ask him earlier. So do you think he likes me or he just want me to be crazy about him. Please help me!!! :-[

While it sounds like you are really excited by his compliments and happy voice on the phone, I don't believe there's enough evidence that he likes you. But that doesn't mean you have to stop liking him, and over time as you show him your wonderfully perky and happy attitude, then he might look at you with new eyes. But I wouldn't start planning any wedding yet.
Don't be all upset that you didn't ask him earlier, he may have said no then too. But keep in mind that he's not against being asked, so you can continue to ask him to events and eventually he may say yes. Then you'll be golden.
In the meantime, develop friendships with people your own age and maybe you'll find someone even better that likes you back.
