spend time with your friends, the people who truly care about you and won't ever give up on you or break your heart. it's okay to spend time bashing him with them and talking about what a horrible person he is, in fact in a lot of situations it helps. do what makes you feel good and be happy, unless it involves drugs or alcohol abuse. do things you used to do that make you happy and go places you used to go by yourself and remember who you were before and that you can be that wonderful person again.
