It sounds as if she doesn't know what she wants or feels.
I'm guessing that you are both quite young and really this is not surprising if you are.
Young people can get quite confused about their feelings. Someone might be quite unpleasant and yet, for some reason, also be quite attractive.
For her to talk to you about him may mean that she trusts you. Or it may be a warning that if he becomes available, or interested in her, she might become interested in him too.
