Ok, their is one key tip. You don't want to go to far with this or you will have a friend and not a date. My tip is that you should become somewhat of a friend with her. This works great if she already kinda knows you. This is because most girls (except some preps and jock girls) are extremely easy to befriend. If they are in band ask them how they like it, find something in common. Talk about it. This is a slow way, but you can work on multiple girls at the same time. For example, just recently I decided to befriend a girl for a eventual relation ship. When it tured out she had a bf it wasn't a biggy because the same day I befriended her I began talking to 2 other girls. Trust me it works!
