You´re going to probably be nervous the first time just because it *is* the first time. Plan the surrounding time and situation to be as comforting as possible. If possible, be somewhere you feel relaxed and at home. Wear clothes that make you feel good. Light candles in your favorite scents. If you are comfortable, everything else becomes that much better.
