People have a tendency to put things off waiting for just the right time, or just the right situation. Often they can put them off until they can´t be done any more! If there´s something you´ve wanted to do, just DO it. Open that bottle of wine, and enjoy it with someone! Take golf lessons, and see how much fun it is. Buy an inexpensive keyboard, and play by the sunny window. Life is too short to be wasted in "maybe someday"s. Make this holiday the starting point of new enjoyment!
