A lot of people, women especially, build up this idea of what a holiday *should* be, but then expect their partner to do all the work. Not surprisingly, the partner rarely can guess everything that he/she was supposed to do, and disappointment follows.

If you´re keen on doing certain things or going certain places, take the reins and plan it yourself! You´re the one who will be most pleased if things work out the way you want them to, so be an active, not passive, part in creating your joy.
