Choosing a Restaurant

I love wine. My boyfriend loves beer. Other friends of ours don´t drink. When you choose a restaurant for that date, make sure they have a wide selection of food styles and drink choices. Your date might say she loves Mexican, but her idea of Mexican might be Taco Bell. It´s better not to go with wild ethnic choices for the first time until you figure these things out.

Find somewhere nice but not over your budget - you don´t want to wince when ordering food. It should be relatively quiet so you can talk, and you should both know what the dress code is there so neither one feels uncomfortable when you walk in the door. If you can, get a booth in a corner - it´s easier to talk when you don´t feel like you´re being watched by everyone.
