According to AskBob.com, up to 22% of women have been unfaithful at least once in their life. The same report said 37% of men have cheated. This could simply be a quick kiss when they were 14, and dating a guy they knew in school.

Really, when you think about it, this means that 78% of all women have NEVER betrayed their partner in any way, despite the temptations of the world.
