My Partner's Always Angry

A partner that is cheating could easily have great feelings of guilt about it. Your partner feels angry at himself/herself for cheating, and angry at you for somehow "causing it" (even though you are NOT). As a result, your partner might suddenly have a nasty temper and take things out on you even when you don't do anything.

Lots of things can cause arguments to start happening. Not eating well, not sleeping well, stress at work or home. You need to learn to find ways to relax, to let off steam, to discuss problems without letting them blow up. But if things WERE calm and relaxed and then POOF your partner became a ballistic banana-brain it's time to find out why.
