Books on Tape - The Ultimate Luxury

I highly recommend reading aloud as a couple-bringing-together activity ... but if you both REFUSE to read aloud to each other (which would be really really sad!!) then get some books on tape!

Turn down the lights, settle onto the couch with some wine, soda, and other snacks, and hit the play button. While watching TV can be mind-numbing, it can be incredibly fun to listen to a story together, using your imagination to fill in the scenes. Then ask each other after each chapter what you thought of it!
