Make rules for how you´ll settle arguements before you argue. Decide to take turns saying "I´m sorry." Time limit your arguements. You SHOULD agree never to take an arguement to bed. You don't have to actually find a solution to the argument - sometimes that can take days of discussions to find a workable solution. But when you head to bed, agree to disagree until you can work it out.

If you stick to your rules, you´ll find the arguements don´t take over your relationship.
