girls: when your in your boyfriends lap and he isnt paying attention to you as much as youd like, simply lean against his chest and put your face into his neck. sigh heavely against the skin there and it should get his attention. if that doesnt work then start runnning your hands through his hair and/or over his chest. if you wanna tease him when he thinks you want a kiss when he tries to pull you away from his neck then hold onto his neck there and itll drive him absolutely crazy while he can feel you and hear you breathing on him.

boys: take her hand and place it over your heart so she can feel your heart beating and know that it speeds up for her. lean over and brush your lips from the courner of her mouth to the place on her neck bellow her ear and just stay their breathing on her and the sounds will drive her wild. if she tries to move so she can kiss you and you want to tease her just keep her there and graze your teath down her neck but then pull away and let go of her hand.
