if the two of you don't live together, or especially if you're young, and one or both of you live with your parents and your date, or night has come to a close everyone knows what comes next... the goodnight kiss.

but who knows how to do this without making it awkward?
Girls: slide your arms around your guy's neck.
Guys: put your hands on her waist (this will let you pull away nicely)
BOTH: lean in and gently and kiss each other gently.
after the kiss, guys can either lean their forhead against the girls, or the girl should put her head on his shoulder and softly tell each other goodnight.
