I met a great guy, but wasn't ready to commit to him since I was getting out of a 4 year relationship. Even though I didn't ask him to, he waited to see what would happen with us. 10 months later, I am ready and realize he is the one for me....... I let him know last week, and I didn't exactly get the response I was looking for. He told me that I am "amazing, and no one will replace me in his life" but he is trying to move on "like I did". He said he can't say "never" but said "not now" and that "you can't just turn it off and on",so he can't make a decision right now. I feel that I am getting mixed messages, and that he is just afraid I will hurt him again.
