If ur layin down with ur gf, jst lightly touch up and down her back (jst off-centre) with 1 finger. she will wriggle, smile n may laugh(in a good way). or u can lightly touch the back or side of her neck. this generally leads 2 more of a "mmm..." kind of sound. all good... ;)
