Okay, what you need to do is when you're watching a movie or something on tv slowly and casually get closer to your girl(try doing it so she hardly notices). Once you are within a foot set your hand on her thigh, when she looks at you pay attention to her reaction, if it looks like she's fine with it go right ahead and kiss her. This means you move your hand on her thigh up her side, around her stomach and onto the back, slightly squeezing it.
