Don't do anything stupid

As appealing as it is to do stupid things such as do drugs, cause your self bodily harm etc. You need to avoid it at all costs, because now not only have you lost someone, but when they notice what's going on it's most likely going to repel them more because you're taking things to such an extreme. It makes you seem like an obsessionist and no one wants someone who is going to harm themselves under whatever circumstances come along. Just hold you're head above water and be you without the damage.
