Now, this depends on the girl, but if you've got the right kind, it'll work. Play with her hair. Not CONSTANTLY, but in little doses, like tucking it behind her ear if you're being sentimental or if the wind blows it askew; reaching out and lightly (LIGHTLY!!!) tugging on a small section/braid/ponytail if you're kind of teasing her. Here's the tricky part: if she usually wears her hair down/casually pulled back, she likely won't complain, but if her hair is usually up, or she's ALWAYS fixing it, it might not be a good idea. But, you'll never know until you try. If she says "Don't", LISTEN TO HER.
