Long distance relationships can work and there are a lot of positives about them.

1. You're not pressured into doing anything you don't want to do.
2. You can be yourself.
3. You can hang out with your friends and not have the pressure of hanging out with your boyfriend/girlfriend.

But the way to keep it going is you need to be on the same level. Make sure and keep everything out in the open. DO NOT BECOME INSECURE. That and jealousy can really put a damper on the relationship, any relationship at that. The biggest part of a long distance relationship it trust. If you don't trust the person your with, you're headed straight into heartbreak and a ton of arguments.

I'm in a long distance relationship now and things are wonderful. I always am looking forward to seeing him and we always have fun things planned for our visits.
