Whatever you do DO NOT date someone right after...there is no way either of you are emotionally stable enough to bring other people into this relationship. If he starts to see someone else confess your love, but if it is not returned your better off waiting to see if he comes back and in the mean time get your life together before you too start looking for someone new. It will be very hard to do, ignoring the person you love, but if it is meant to be it will all work out.
