Ok, so what I do (with a girlfriend, people I barely know, or even with friends). Ask them if they want to sit down (but make sure that there is only one chair in the area), and let her sit on your lap. You try to tickle her, and if it works, they'll say "I'll stop if I get something", and they might say "what do u want", and you also have to keep tickling them, and after they ask, say "a kiss", stop and plant one on her.
