Jealousy and Envy :
Building Self Esteem :
Thinking About It

Everyone is saying that you should find a nice room to close your eyes and imagine you're in fairy world where no jealously exists. No matter how deep your imagination reaches, real life just can't get that far. Life can be good, and it can blow.
Now, let's get to the good stuff. I find it very hard to think about ANYTHING in daylight, especially if you care about something. I find just laying in bed at night is actually best. Night is good because everything is completely black (I'm not goth/emo). Black being good because it makes your head blank, meaning you can concentrate on whatever you're trying to think about.
I've thought about and reached conclusions for many many things doing this, be it good or bad.
