I went out with my ex for a while last year sometime. We were really close and I was really upset when he decided he didn't want to be in a relationship with me anymore. I kept all the text messages/emails he sent me, and would look through them practically every day. Nowadays, a year and a bit later I realised I should have just deleted all those texts/emails, they just bought back all the feelings I had for him. It took me 5 months to get over that guy, they were probably the worst 5 months I've ever had. Recently I've broken up with another boyfriend and I quickly deleted all the emails and texts he ever sent me. It really does help me so try it!
