The simple 2 and 3 letter words are, Hi, and, Hey. Both effective, and simple. Just saying one of these words can make all the difference. Throwing in a smile could help too. Agknowledging the person's presense, will get them to notice you. They'll wonder, "Hey I know his/her right? Hmm, whats his/her name?" But don't just do it once. Try to do it a couple times in the day, or week.
