Hi just joined this forum, as i am having troule with this girl that i like.

I have been talking to her for about 2 weeks now, and have only met her once before this and that was abut 6 months ago. We text each other all the time and talk on msn alot. I have asked her if she wants to come out a drive a couple of times and she has said yes, but when the time comes to go on the drive, the first time she was at her dads, which is miles away so thats fair, but the second she asked me to text her and see when she wanted picked up. So I text her and never got a reply, actually never got anything, infact she basically ignored me for 2 days, then spoke to me like nothing had happened.

So my question is does she like me? or is not coming a drive a sign. Could she just be nervous. I just don't think that she would agree to come a drive and not like me tbh.

any advice would be great thanks. smile

Hello Confused-Guy smile
Welcome

It could be that she is nervous or shy.
It could be that there was a problem with her phone.

It may be that, as you don't really know each other very well, she might feel more comfortable doing something other than going for a drive. A girl could well feel very vulnerable and awkward alone in a car with a man she does not know well.

Could you meet up at a coffee bar or something like that? Somewhere a little more public, with other people around, and the chance for her to excuse herself if she wishes to?

Yes I would definitely say that asking her to go driving is a "scary" way to start out. Offer to meet her at a movie, or to go to dinner. That is all very common for the first few dates, to be in a public place, for all sorts of reasons.

hi
i think the advice Lisa gave you is the best thing you should do. it's better you see her at public places at first. it's for creating a "trust atmosphere" between you.
as lisa said, maybe she is nervous now since it's only a couple of weeks you've started your relationships. you know, sometimes girls refuse to do something that their lovers want them to do, not because they don't like them, just because them the're afraid of what may happen by doing that thing. DON'T WORRY! everything gonna be alright! and remember: a solid relationship forms through time, patience and of course your persistence in honesty!
