It sounds to me as both of you need to add a few more years to your life, no disrespect intended.
I'm sure many young people go through phases where they think they're absolutely and positively in love, I know I did when I was very young but as you get older you realise that it was all 'teething' hormones.
For a boy to use that type of language to a girl shows he doesn't have a great deal of respect for her, but at least he had the decency to apologise for it.
If you're really keen just talk to him, ask him to a movie, go to the beach together or just walk and have a coffee somewhere.
