Sometimes a girl is just not meant for you. She seems incommunicative at times and is interested in another boy.

What else can you do? You already asked her to be your Valentine with no success.

Since you don't see her, I can't advise you to look better. That leaves your personality. You should be kind, considerate, funny, friendly, communicative, trusting and honest. If you can convince her that you are worth her time then she will be worth it to you.
