i got luck i got her screen name, email, and she added me to her myspace page friends on the first day (not in top 8 though)but still, one problem valentines day. she doesnt like chocklate and I refuse to write her a card (reasons between me and her) so what else can i do, i know she likes frogs (alot!) i am sure as hell she only likes me as a friend, no where near flirting yet, we have a lot in common wheres in rock music. but i am worried that she likes some one else, its constant worry i worry 99.99999 % of the time ilike some one even when its obvious they dont like some one else. how do i get these thoughts outa my head? what do i do for valentines day?

For Valentine's Day, try to find a ceramic or plastic frog with its mouth open. Fill the mouth with those little valentines candies with sayings on them. Or find some frog jewelry like a pendant. Or dress up like a frog and give her some flowers.
Regarding your anxiety (over worrying) you are going to have a hard time getting over this. Perhaps listening to music might help and trying to concentrate real hard on your homework. Find a friend to talk with about your worries helps sometimes. Also fight against the anxiety. Get a clock or watch with a second hand. Get the time, close your eyes and concentrate on something like a hamburger, as soon as you lose that concentration check the second hand and see how many seconds you were able to last. Keep working on it and maybe your mind will be retrained to not worry so much.
