Hey I've got quite the doozy on my hands this time and I wasn't quite sure what catagory it would go in.
I recently found out my friend likes me but not enough/doesn't want to date me. I like her, too. But like I said, I doubt anything is going to happen between us.
Also, I have been starting to feel some emotions towards my ex girlfriend and I frankly have no clue how she feels about me. Sometimes she acts like she hates me and sometimes shes almost flirty.
Please help me, guide me, something!

Try to be better friends and let her know that you like her too. Something may develop there.
With your -ex why not ask her how she feels about you. If you like her, ask her if she would like to hang out or go somewhere.
