It always seems like she's better than me

My boyfriends ex keeps calling him and makes small talk. He tells me not to get upset, but when my ex makes ANY contact with me he freaks out. I think that he still has feelings for her, and I don't know of any way that I "beat" her, because it always seems like she's better than me. What do I do?

First off she isn't better than you.

If you made a long list you would discover that you are equal on most things and that you are ahead in some and she's ahead in some. Don't think negatively about yourself. You are important.

If your boyfriend does contact you please try to get the closure you were talking about in your last question. It is important to you.
