Could he be telling the truth?

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
this is the second time im writting for help and advise this time i have a diferent problem and no solution,last time i wrote was to ask about my bf n how we broke up cause i suspected he was cheating i realize i love him very much so i decided to give him another chance now my problem is that i still doubt him and think his cheating he swears on his life he never has he even requested for us to go to a psychologist and said he is also willing to go trough a lie detector test just to prove me wrong cause he loves me so the truth is i care so much 4 him, but i been hurt so many times in my past i guess that i could be the one with the problem of been to jealous n scare...well my question is did i do good in taking him back?could he be telling the truth?should i try my best to save this relationship even if we need conceling cause i love him so..plizz help...i would apreciate any advise as soon as posible

You probably did the right thing by taking him back.

He begged and swore that he didn't cheat and even offered to take a lie detector test.

If you can't trust him then take him up on his offer to go to counseling and see if you can lose your jealous feelings that way.
