Should I confess my feelings towards her?

There is this girl at school that i like A LOT(we're pretty good friends too) and i care about her so much and keep thinking about her even when i try not to and i want to tell her my feelings so bad. but over the last cuople of months she has been giving me all these mixed signals, like one day we are both talking, flirting,and laughing(we sometimes even tell each other "i love u"and i sometimes get the feeling she likes me too)and then the next i try to talk to her and she will sometimes walk away and talk to another guy and right now i am not really talking to her because she has been talking to someone else, she's thinking about dating him(he's a stonerand they seem pretty happy together) so i haven't really been talking to her anymore(and it hurts like hell) because i don't want to keep having these illusions and keep getting hurt. so what should i do? should i confess my feelings towards her?
please help me.

This is the problem with waiting around too long before you tell a girl you like her... she gets tired of waiting and finds someone else.
So, even though it may be too late now since she is talking to another boy, you should build up the courage and tell her how you feel. If nothing else, she will know where you stand in case she decides to take up with you again.
You can also learn a lesson from this for the next time you develop feelings for a girl.
