i meet this guy about 3 months ago, at first we hardly spoke but now we r always together. he is so kind in every way, he makes me laugh and means everything 2 me, i care alot about him. when he is around me i feel like i just wanna hold him so tight, and when he isnt with me i cant stop thinking of him. we tell each other everything, so why can i not tell him how i feel about him???? i really do care about him more then just a friend, but i dont wanna hurt him by telling him how i feel, and im afried incase he doesnt feel the same. do u think i should tell him or just keep what we already have, and except that we can only be best friends????

Yes you should let him know how you feel. He can probably sense it anyway.

A gentle way to tell him is to say that you are "developing feelings" for him... that gives him an easy way to respond without going too far.

My guess is that he will say he has feelings for you too.
