There is this girl she is a friend of one of my friends and I quite like her. My friend told me that she might like me and I have been talking to her on MSN and had some interesting conversations, but she is coming back soon and the few times I met her, she is extremely shy. She is also from Malaysia and I don't know how much she knows about dating customs in the west. I don't know if she will talk to me in person all that much, although she is very talkative on MSN. How should I go about trying to get her to like me and go out on a date with me? She doesn't have any friends except my friend who introduced me to her, and she is not here now. Should I start by being friends with her and hanging out with her, and hope something will develop?
