What can I do to help end this cycle of pain and hurt in her life ?

Ok... So it turns out the girl I really, really like has this self confidence issue where she takes guys in, makes 'em like her, might hurt them, and in the process, hurt her self. That apparently makes her keep doing it. This 'ego boost' mentality ended up hurting me, so, in my stupidity hurt her back. I think I'm out of the danger zone right now, but what can I do to help her feel better about herself (in general) to help end this cycle of pain and hurt in her life (and partially mine)?

You don't have enough access to her to help her change her personality.

It would take a psychologist to figure out her problems. What you could do is to become a close friend of hers and help her talk about how she feels. This might help her and also draw her closer to you.

But, at your age and expertise, my advice is to forget her and move on to someone who will return your affection.
