How to ask her out

I work in a supermarket and I recently met this dazzling young lady who just started working there. One day, she was working in the lane directly next to me for a good four hours. She was new, so she was asking me a lot of questions about work- related things, and I gladly helped her out. Then she started making casual conversation with me. Now she says Hi to me and calls me by name. Now that I actually talk to her, though not too often, I want to know how to go about asking her out. Unfortunately, under the circumstances, I have few chances to do so, plus I'm shy. Please help!

You are in a very good position to ask her out since you see her regularly and she seems to like you.
Since you are shy, you need to build up your courage. Prepare a sentence or two that tells her you like her and ask if she would like to go out sometime.
