Doctor won't kiss her

About four years ago i started working in this dr's office the dr that i worked very close with is now one of my best friends. We do everything together and i love to be around him. I have to say it is one of the most fulfilling relationships i have been in. I feel I can tell him anything and he will not judge for what i say or do he is always my rock. I feel as though we get closer and closer as time goes on. I know as time has gone on my feelings of friendship have turned into love!! I am not sure what his feelings are and i get mixed signels. We share a bed together but we have never even kissed i have to say i am very confused. I have been spending the night and sharing a bed with him for about seven months and still nothing. He has a guest bedroom but he always invites me to come to bed with him i have no idea what this means. We are both church going people and have the same morals no sex before marrige but i would like a kiss!! I am not sure what to do in the relationship and all i want to do is scream to the world how much i love him and kiss and hold him. i hope you have some great advice on what i should do about this wonderful yet unique relationship.
