He has even given me little pet names

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
I work this guy who I'm really attracted to. I first met him when we were working the same night shift and were working as a team. We got to talking alot at work and he decided to make me a CD of some songs. Well all the the songs are really mushy. Well I took my best friend into the store on my day off to show her who he is and she said that he really likes me by the way he was smiling and talking to me. He has even given me little pet names. So I decided that I would give him my number before I left on vacation. Well I was gone for 12 days and tonight was my first day back and the only time he would talk to me was if he had to ask me a question for a customer! What should I do? Did I read into the situation to much? I work with him again tomorrow night, how should I act around him, or how do I get things back to the way they were before I told him I liked him?

Ideally you would just ask him what's going on. But life is rarely that simple.

My advice is to go out of your way to say hi to him and give him a big smile. Who knows what's going on with him. But you should encourage him to go back to his old ways.
