How do I make him think I'm available without breaking up with my bf just yet?

hi!
ok, i have a boyfriend at the moment, and it's going great. But this new guy came and started hanging out with our group of friends and i really like him. it turns out, he lives 3 houses away from me. i don't know if he has a girlfriend, but i do know that we're both into forensics and drama. i don't wanna break things off with my boyfriend unless this guy, A*, would ask me out. i've talked to him, but he just doesn't seem interested. i've used all your techniques but it's just not working for me. how do i make him think i'm available without breaking up with my bf just yet?

I think you have things backwards.

First you are supposed to break up with your boyfriend and then worry about the new guy. If you do it the other way around you are tricking two boys at the same time. I'm sure you wouldn't want to do that.
