Well, to start off i'm 13 years old and i have a huge crush on one of the popular boys, we go to a small school so we hang out in the same group but don't talk much. I have caught him looking in my direction a lot and I try to make eye contact but i always end up looking away. My real question is how can i get him to really like me? He flirts with a lot of the girls but I don't think he notices it either. i'm begging you for help.

The key to getting him to like you is to become his close friend.
The way to do this is to take advantage of everytime you meet him to look him in the eye, say in a clear voice "Hi" plus his name, and give him a big smile.
After doing this awhile, you can ask him how he is doing... he will say "fine" and you will say "great!" Gradually you be able to start talking with him and become a good close friend of his. Boys often get crushes on their friends to this is the way to appeal to him.
There is no magic pill to make a boy like you, you need to work slowly at it.
