I'm in a play and there is a girl that I like. It is extremely obvious that we like each other, and I really want to be able to get her number, or her screen name, so I can talk with her (she goes to a different school), but I'm not sure how.

Since she likes you, it is pretty easy to get her number.
Write on a piece of paper your name, number, and screen name. Give this to her and say I'd like to contact you and I'd be very happy if you would give me your phone number and screen name. Give her a piece of paper and pen so she can write it down for you or you could write down what she says.
If you don't feel comfortable approaching her directly, just give her the paper and write on it, please give me you number or screen name.
