Is this just stupid jealousy on my part??

Hi. my girlfriend the i love very much has had about 15 past experiences of making out with other guys. everytime one of us brings it up i get extememly jealous and i feel like she is always comparing me to the past guys. is this just stupid jealousy on my part?? she hasnt done a thing wrong, am i wrong for feeling this way though? thank you.

Jealousy is a natural thing but it is very destructive and you should try to get rid of it asap.

Whenever a jealous thought enters your mind, tell it in no uncertain terms to go away and stop bothering you. Say that your girlfriend loves you and you trust her and are not worried about the past. Do this 100 times or as long as it takes and the jealous thoughts will give up and disappear.

A lot of guys are in a similar situation but their girlfriend actually slept with 15 guys before them. So you shouldn't be so concerned.
