the guy that i'm seeing, i like a lot..we've only been seeing each other for about three weeks....he has been out of his past rel. about 7 months, and i have been out of mine for about 6...he still talks to her, he says she owes him alot of money...he came to me one day really upset because she has a new bf and was talk about pressing harrassment charges on him...but i have this deep down feeling that he still wants to be with her and i can't shake it....i already have trust issues from my ex who was abusive, but i'm working on that now with a therapist...he is the first guy i've found in this new state i live in that seems to really care about me and has interest in me....i don't know what to do, i can't shake this feeling and i'll never say anything to him about it....

Give him (and you) more time to acclimatize yourselfs. You don't know enough about him to judge him one way or the other.

Pretty soon you will know each other better and may be willing to discuss these troublesome issues.
