I can't stand watching her so sad and depressed, I guess i still have feelings for her

Well,its been a while since i asked for advice. Anyway, there's that girl i like (or liked, i'm so confused). We know each other for a while.I thought of asking her out, but since she's interested in someone else, I decided to support her as a friend. Here come the problem, lately she probably got rejected by someone, I want to help her by talking to her, she is quite upset and I don't know what to do, or how to help her, I can't stand watching her so sad and depress, I guess i still have feelings for her, it seems like I'm only her friend, that's all.She's that type of friendly person and i don't know what to do...And for some reason, we can never talk for longer than 10 mins, one of us usually get disturbed and something happened, can i have some advice on that too, I really don't know what to do....
