Thank you some much Georage for ur prompt reply. According to your suggestion you mean to say that the girl is dishonest coz she didn't tell me about her new affair. But there could be other possibilities that as she was very much aware of my feelings thats why she didn't want me to hurt..And one more thing if a women is broken up recently and soon after she starts a new relationship with a other guy as the he has given her emotional support when she got broken up. How would you characterized these kind of female.I don't know what kind of female is she? if she broke up and again start a new relationship soon after that ..is it normal. Or if the female is taking time come to out of the situation rather than falling in love again. Thanx for your precious time.

You have brought up two possibilities to explain her behavior.
First she might be worried about your feelings and second that she might be coming out of one relationship and finding another one "on the rebound."
These may be possible, but it is still my opinion that she should have given you direct and honest information since that is one of the most important thing of a love relationship.
Talk to her more and see if you feel you are getting honest information from her.
